一、工作原理及应用范围介绍 Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application
本机组以干燥洁净的压缩空气为动力源,通过气流高速喷射,使粉碎室内形成一个粉碎、分级圆面,并在粉碎室内形成压力差,则物料自动吸入粉碎室,在4到16个喷头所喷出的超音速气流作用下(产生冲击能E=1/2mv2),物料在分级圆面上作高速运动(通常在2-3马赫内)使物料作相互高速高能的摩擦、碰撞、撕裂等作用,从而达到超细粉碎之目的。
适用于莫氏硬度1-7级各类干燥脆性物料,物料粒度100-400目,含水量低于3%,本机可进行粉碎的物料非常之广,例如:各种矿石、化工、电子、农药、医药、中药等各类埃弗顿吧,并适合热敏性、低熔点物料。埃弗顿吧粒度一般可达到1-10μm,最大粒径≤20μm,有些物料甚至可达到0.5-0.1μm。
The dry and clear compressor air is adopted as power source of this equipment; under the high-speed jetting of air flow, one pulverizing and grading disc, as well as pressure difference are formed in the pulverizing chamber, thus to automatically absorb the materials in the pulverizing chamber; under the actions of supersonic speed air flow jetted from 4-16 sprayers (impact energy E=1/2mv2), the materials move at high speed on the grading disc (generally within 2-3mach) to generate friction, compact and tear with high speed and energy, thus to realize the superfine pulverizing purpose.
It is applicable to various dry and brittle materials with Mohs hardness of 1-7, particle size of 100-400 meshes and water content lower than 3%. This equipment can be used for many materials, such as various minerals, chemicals, electronics, pesticides, medicines and traditional Chinese medicines, and is applicable to materials with heat sensitivity and low melt point. In generally, the particle size of materials is 1-10μm with maximum of ≤20μm; for some materials, it can up to 0.5-0.1μm.
